With a university background in Sociology, as well as direct work experience in product marketing and commercial sales, Valerio brings with him the business acumen and strategic thinking that make him a leader.

As founder and managing director of hlpy, Graziano brings with him a wealth of knowledge in marketing and customer management. Having had first-hand experience in the insurance industry, Graziano's ability to drive business in this niche area was crucial to the founding of hlpy. He holds a degree in economics and an Executive MBA, both of which have helped transform him into a business leader.

With over 20 years of experience in technological innovation and a degree in Economics, Enrico has been an extremely important member of hlpy's foundation. As a board member, Enrico acts as a vital stakeholder in our company's mission and vision. His background as founder, investor and advisor of other start-ups - in the innovation area -, as well as his clear ambition, have been a driving factor in propelling our business towards success.

Stefano joined hlpy to grow our international business. With his extensive global experience in the insurance and assistance field, it was essential to have him on board. Since his arrival we have opened in France, Spain and have many other countries on our roadmap. His leadership mentality and strategic business development skills, having worked for market-leading multinational companies, are at the forefront of our mission to take our business to the next step to become a leading global company.

Santosh Satschdeva has an IT background in application development, holds a degree in business administration with a specialization in project management and has extensive sales experience in print management and IT. Together with Frank Heck, he founded HESA Solutions GmbH in 2016, from which MySchleppApp was born. The digital brokerage portal for towing and breakdown services that has permanently changed the roadside assistance industry in Germany. Initially launched as a solution for the B2C sector, the focus soon shifted to the fast-growing B2B sector.

Over the past 10 years, Nicolò has become a technical expert in the tech field thanks to extensive consulting experience. Nicolò joined hlpy as CTO and unveiled his knowledge of technology, which was the key to making hlpy ‘truly digital’. With his studies in Computer Engineering, he was able to put his school knowledge to test and proved successful. His role in the company has been a driving force in making hlpy a truly digital player in the market.

As CFO of hlpy, Andrea was able to build the essential pillars of the business. His extensive experience in the fields of technology, consulting and start-ups played a huge role in shaping our financial roadmap. Andrea holds a BA in Management Economics, a BA in Performing Arts and an Executive MBA. He has been crucial in hlpy's growth path and continues to bring new and innovative solutions to the table.

With 25 years of experience in the financial consulting and motor insurance industry, Raffaele brings a wealth of strategic and technical knowledge to hlpy as Chief Network Officer.
He has held roles as Chief Procurement and Network Management Officer at Europ Assistance and Head of Network Management at Generali Welion, which have given him the opportunity to acquire leadership skills essential to helping hlpy succeed globally.
With a degree in computer science from Anglia Polytechnic University in Cambridge, UK, it is clear how Raffaele loves problem solving and analytical challenges.

After graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Francesco gained more than twenty years of experience in the field of Operational Transformation management, first in multinational Management Consulting firm and then as Chief Operating Officer of a leading international Insurance Company, leading complex teams and structures.
