The Digital Monitoring Agent team, operating 7 days a week, intervenes proactively to help and support the driver in requesting assistance for the following services:
• Towing for all types of vehicles (from light, to motorcycles, to heavy).
• Difficult towing.
• On-site repairs.
• Last mile roadside assistance (rescuer intervention with the use of scooters).
• On-site charging of electric vehicles.
