Registration as a rescuer with hlpy Germany GmbH is independent of your current collaboration and/or cooperation with clubs, insurance companies, associations and other companies.

When we initiate a request for assistance, we will send a call to the registered phone number. This call will ask you to actively open your app or portal on your PC to accept the mission.
