hlpy, a scale-up operating in the world of vehicle assistance, and ES Mobility, a rental company of the Renault Group, have entered into a collaboration with the aim of enriching the vehicle assistance services provided in full-digital mode.
hlpy, through its digital platform, provides ES Mobility's customers with a unique, user-friendly roadside assistance and mobility continuation services experience that produces concrete benefits such as reduced waiting times for roadside assistance, immediate access to mobility services and real-time information sharing without waiting times.
ES Mobility, thanks to access to the hlpy platform, will be able to have a real-time view of all services requested and delivered to its customers and monitor their evolutions, KPIs and costs; hlpy aspires to become a reference partner in the ES Mobility ecosystem through the holistic delivery of mobility services.
"We are extremely proud and excited about the start of this agreement with ES Mobility. Our collaboration is based on a common vision of the evolution of mobility and related services: usable by all, technologically advanced, creating value for the consumer and with a focus on environmental issues. Through our technological platform we will make available to ES Mobility customers and the Renault Group destination centres more and more services aimed at satisfying the needs of the most demanding customers," comments Valerio Chiaronzi, founder and CEO of hlpy.
*** ES Mobility is a commercial company 100% owned by RCI Banque S.A. (100% Renault Group) and was founded in 2011 to support the Renault Group's electric vehicle business through its Battery Rental service. It then broadened its scope of activity by managing the car rental business and within a few years set itself the ambitious goal of being one of the most important captives in long-term rental management.
Those who are born in the world of cars, in close synergy with the Manufacturers, are able to effectively manage the offer to customers of a wide range of competitive and advantageous services during the life of the rental contract.
Thanks to the new service offered by hlpy in partnership with ES Mobility, the customer will be able to opt for a replacement vehicle of the same category when signing the contract, and will not have to provide any guarantee for its use. hlpy was founded in Milan in May 2020 with the aim of reinventing roadside assistance.
Thanks to its innovative digital platform, hlpy aims to create value for insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental companies, rescue operators and, above all, to make the service more reliable and safer for end users. It is currently present in major European markets such as Italy, France and Spain and has ambitions to quickly become a major European player in the provision of vehicle assistance services.
